Lunch today is shredded rotisserie chicken with roasted turmeric chickpeas, cucumber 🥒 , avocado 🥑 and olives over mixed greens with a light drizzle of red wine vinegar and evoo 😋. This is another GERD friendly meal and it really hit the spot! I packed it in a meal prep container because I knew I wouldn’t be able to eat the entire thing in one sitting so I can snap on the cover and nibble on the rest later. One of the keys to preventing acid reflux when you have a chronic condition is to eat smaller meals and snack throughout the day. Hope you’re having a great day!

Lunch today is a Greek salad 🥗 with organic romaine, chickpeas, cucumber 🥒, tomatoes 🍅, olives, feta and a little red onion. Dressed with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar and seasoned with dried oregano. I’m having it with some toasted pita bread 🍞 on the side
