Lunch Today [weight Loss]

Lunch today is shredded rotisserie chicken with roasted turmeric chickpeas, cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’ , avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘ and olives over mixed greens with a light drizzle of red wine vinegar and evoo ๐Ÿ˜‹. This is another GERD friendly meal and it really hit the spot! I packed it in a meal prep container because I knew I wouldnโ€™t be able to eat the entire thing in one sitting so I can snap on the cover and nibble on the rest later. One of the keys to preventing acid reflux when you have a chronic condition is to eat smaller meals and snack throughout the day. Hope youโ€™re having a great day!

This plate includes turmeric seasoned turkey breast ๐Ÿ–, apple slices ๐ŸŽ, cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’, cheddar cheese ๐Ÿง€, sesame rice crackers, olives and a soft boiled egg ๐Ÿฅš.

Lunch today is a Greek salad ๐Ÿฅ— with organic romaine, chickpeas, cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’, tomatoes ๐Ÿ…, olives, feta and a little red onion. Dressed with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar and seasoned with dried oregano. Iโ€™m having it with some toasted pita bread ๐Ÿž on the side
