THE OMELETTE CREPE

The egg broke and revisits the classic pancake

INGRÉDIENTS

4 slices of emmental
150 g grated emmental cheese
6 eggs
4 slices of cheddar
250g of flour
100 g of Paris mushroom
4 slices of raclette
40 cl of milk
150 g of ham matches

EQUIPMENT
3  plates

INSTRUCTION
step 1 

Mix 3 eggs and the flour and add the milk, mixing to obtain a pancake batter. Cook 3 pancakes.

step 2

Place the pancakes in the empty plates and break in each the remaining eggs. Beat the eggs with a fork and spread over the ham matches, the sliced mushrooms and the grated emmental cheese.

step 3 

Fold the pancakes into a slipper then toast one pan on one side. Turn over the pancake and place on top of the cheddar slices. Cook covered until cheese has melted. Do the same with other pancakes and other cheeses and enjoy with chopped parsley.
